Great location near the mall, but kids' cots were very dirty. Not okay.

Had such a fantastic time with my family during our stay! The swimming pool and garden area were perfect for unwinding after a fun day out. The breakfast spread was top-notch. Just a heads-up, our room wasn’t restocked with coffee one morning, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 😊

The kids room definitely could use a more vibrant atmosphere!!! The cleanliness of certain areas doesn't quite match online standards. A little sprucing up of the lobby and hallways would make a big difference!!!

Suitable for Families Seeking Comfort
This hotel was like a revelation. The room, it was a Safir Grand Suite, massive, gave off this homey vibe. I could really lose track of time there with my family. Plus, having a mall right next to it? Pure genius! Made it so easy to grab snacks for the kids when they needed them. The staff were friendly, always there to help, especially this guy Hani, what a guide! He.
Now don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

The location is ideal, right next to a mall with various shops and restaurants. The staff, especially Tareq and the chefs Sanjeewa and Samsul, provided exceptional service and delicious meals, including the waffles and masala dosa. However, the furnishings in the suite felt a bit outdated, and while clean, the kitchen area could use a refresh. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with attentive service, making my trip enjoyable despite slight wear in the amenities.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing
The outdoor swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation with sun loungers and great music that set the perfect vibe! My room, the Executive Suite, was spacious and impeccably maintained, complete with fresh towels and a coffee setup that fueled my mornings. The buffet breakfast had a live cooking station that personally whipped up eggs and waffles, kicking my day off with a good treat!

Great family experience with delicious breakfast!
We had a fantastic stay with our family, enjoying the spacious Deluxe Room and the vibrant atmosphere of the mall below. Breakfast was truly a highlight, offering a great variety that kept us satisfied each morning. The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly the ones at the front desk. One concern is that the breakfast menu could use more variety offered every couple of days to keep things fresh.
